Motability
Motability is a national UK charity, which helps disabled people and their families to become mobile. It was set up on the initiative of the Government in 1977, to provide cars to disabled people with the first Motability car supplied in 1978. The Motability Scheme now has almost 400,000 customers, making it the leading car scheme for disabled people.
To become an accredited Motor Retailer, regular on-site meetings are carried out to inspect and ensure that standards set by Motability are in place. This acts as an assurance to Motability and customers a like, that the Business is always ready and able to provide the customer with a First Class service.
Each year Newtown Chevrolet under go close scrutiny to ensure that such high standards have been maintained. Newtown Chevrolet have maintained those standards and surpassed them due to their location offering easy parking, and accessible one level access to all areas of the business. The purpose built showrooms includes a designated disabled toilet, spacious hospitality lounge and easy viewing of the workshop.
Our Motability team through out south Wales have been accredited with a certificate making them our confident but caring Motability specialists, ensuring that all Motability customers are dealt with in a professional and compassionate way.
